All Bryan Park fees and prices are subject to change.
All facility rentals include the foundation set-up of tables and chairs, use of the sound system (for wireless microphone only), podium (when applicable) and an on-site Event Host the day of the event working on behalf of the Bryan Park Golf and Enrichment Center.
Rehearsals are booked free of charge for one hour. Additional labor charges may be required for activities or needs above and beyond our normal set-up policies.
Appointments are required to tour the facility. Please contact us as hours vary with events.
100% of facility rental is due upon execution of the contract. 100% of total estimated cost of the event will be due 15 days prior to the event.

Complimentary use of China, Glass and Flatware when using our food & beverage service.
Complimentary napkins with rental of table linens.
Linens-$4 / per cloth for basic 85 x 85 tablecloth

Food and Beverage Services
The Bryan Park Golf and Enrichment Center is a full-service facility that has an on-site Executive Chef and staff who can design and cater any occasion by offering a variety of menu selections.
We have limited groups who are “grandfather-claused” to use an outside caterer. Those Outside Caterers must be licensed, maintain liability insurance and Health Department Certification. Caterers must adhere to the polices set forth in the Caterers Rules and Regulations contract. There will be additional fees for the use of Approved Caterers. Please request this list from the Event & Sales Manager.
The Bryan Park Golf and Enrichment Center will provide all alcoholic beverages and maintain the bar service inclusive of a full service cash or host bar.
Patrons are not permitted to enter or leave the facility with alcoholic beverages. The importation of alcoholic beverages onto Bryan Park property is prohibited. Brown-bagging or self-service bars are not permitted at the facility.
Food and Beverage items are subject to applicable NC state tax and an 18% service charge.
Facility Tours and Reservations
Appointments are required to tour the facility. Please call our Sales/Events Manager at extension 244 to make arrangements.
A requested date can be held for 72 hours after a client’s initial request without a deposit. At the time of the request, a Bryan Park Golf and Enrichment Center Lease Agreement will be mailed to the client along with a letter indicating the deposit amount due. To secure the space, the client must sign a lease agreement and make a deposit payment by the specified date.
Once an event date is secured, the Bryan Park Golf and Enrichment Center staff will begin coordinating detailed arrangements regarding catering, decorations and facility set-up. One hundred percent (100%) of the total estimated cost for event is due 15 days prior to the event date.
