Planning your Wedding, Rehearsal and Reception? The Bryan Park Conference Center provides over 22,000 square feet of space nestled in a picturesque setting adjacent to Bryan Park’s 36-hole golf facility. The Conference Center offers an atmosphere that is perfect to host the most cherished events, weddings, and receptions. Our conference center and facilities can accommodate parties from 25 to 250 people, and we can coordinate all the details that will make your event a truly memorable occasion. Bryan Park Wedding Facilities

Truly memorable setting for the exchanging of vows.

 

Dedicated staff includes a personal, on-staff wedding specialist to work with you, an experienced Executive Chef and Culinary Team who can work towards your every request as well as experienced wait staff and bartenders.

 

Choose from an outside wedding on the Terrace (25 people seated), an intimate area in our Atrium (maximum 110 people), or our Woodlands Room (up to 250 people). Outdoor weddings are best with less than 50 people.

 

The Atrium features a large cathedral ceiling in front of our fireplace (floor to roof) with continuous skylights. One of the benefits of the Atrium is weather-proof and climate-controlled for your comfort and peace of mind.

 

The Woodlands Room allows the “outside in” with one and a half walls of floor to ceiling windows.

 

The Bryan Ballroom is adjacent to a large terrace with trellis, overlooking the 18th hole of the Player’s Course. Features more than 800 square feet of dance floor, seats up to 224 people and has floor to ceiling windows.

Photo opportunities abound at Bryan Park!

 

Nearby Lake Townsend, golf course landscapes, trellis, wooded areas provided an unforgettable backdrop for your wedding day. Guests are welcome to enjoy the terraces and fireplace during cocktail hour – while your photographer weaves their magic.

 

Tables and Chairs, use of easels, limited décor at no additional charge. Complimentary full-length linens and napkins for guest tables (120” rounds from Happy Rentz), gift table and DJ table. Additional tablecloth needs could result in charges. Bryan Park absorbs the linens for all service tables with food and beverage services.

 

Host or Cash Bar options. Bryan Park has an ABC license and adheres to all guidelines in respect to alcoholics. No outside liquor is allowed per the ABC.

 

Use of China, glass and flatware when using of food and beverage services. Bryan Park staff will clear all food & beverage from guest tables when catering services are used. Bryan Park staff sits up and tears down the event within the wedding package.

Additional Information

All facility rentals include the foundation set-up of tables and chairs, use of a sound system (wireless microphone only), podium (when applicable). Rehearsals are booked free of charge for one and a half hours. Additional labor charges may be required for activities or needs above and beyond our normal set-up polices.

Complimentary use of China, Glassware and Flatware when using our food and beverage services. Complimentary napkins when linens are ordered. Linens are included in Wedding Packages. Basic Linens for corporate groups: $4/table (85×85) and $18 for full-length (120” linens).

 

100% of facility rental is due upon execution of the contract. 100% of the total estimated cost of the event will be due 15 days prior to the event.

 

Food and Beverage items are subject to applicable NC State Tax and an 18% service charge.

 

Food and Beverage Services. The Bryan Park Conference and Enrichment Center is a full-service facility that has an on-site Executive Chef and staff who can design and cater to any occasion by offering a variety of menu selections. We will also work with the guests to customize the menu.

 

We will work with guests who want to bring their own caterer. Caterer MUST be licensed and insured, and documentation must be presented and kept on file with Bryan Park. Caterers are to adhere to standard policies throughout the industry which specify in regards of no access to the kitchen equipment, plates, glassware, and flatware. Additional room revenue will be charged for those who opt to bring their own caterer.

 

Alcohol, Beer and Wine Only. Bryan Park staff can utilize our ABC license. This includes providing all alcohol per ABC laws. Bryan Park will maintain the bar service inclusive of a full-service cash or host bar.

 

Patrons are not permitted to enter or leave the facility with alcoholic beverages. The importation of alcoholic beverages onto Bryan Park property is prohibited. Brown-bagging or self-service bars not permitted.
