The Terrace Dining Room is comprised of Terrace Room A, Dance Floor Room B and Classroom C.

Additional Information

All facility rentals include the foundation set-up of tables and chairs, use of a sound system (for wireless microphone only), podium (when applicable).

Rehearsals are booked free of charge for one hour. Additional labor charges may be required for activities or needs above and beyond our normal set-up polices.

Appointments are required to tour the facility. Please contact us as hours vary with events. 100% of facility rental is due upon execution of the contract. 100% of the total estimated cost of the event will be due 15 days prior to the event.

Basic Linens for corporate groups are $4/table (85×85), $18 for full-length (120” linens)

Food and Beverage items are subject to applicable NC State Tax and an 18% service charge.

Food and Beverage Services

The Bryan Park Golf and Enrichment Center is a full-service facility that has an on-site Executive Chef and staff who can design and cater to any occasion by offering a variety of menu selections. We will also work with the guests to customize the menu.

We will work with guests who wish to bring their own caterer. The Caterer MUST be licensed and insured, and those documents need to be presented and kept in the files. Caterers are to adhere to standard policies throughout the industry which specify in regards of no access to the kitchen equipment, plates, glassware and flatware. Additional room revenue will be charged for those who opt to bring their own caterer.

Alcohol Only Bryan Park staff can utilize our ABC license. This includes providing all alcohol per ABC laws. Bryan Park will maintain the bar service inclusive of a full-service cash or host bar.

Patrons are not permitted to enter or leave the facility with alcoholic beverages. The importation of alcoholic beverages onto Bryan Park property is prohibited. Brown-bagging or self-service bars are not permitted.
