Bryan Park Conference and Enrichment Center, conveniently located in Guilford County, North Carolina, is the perfect site for business meetings, seminars, trade shows, retreats, awards banquets and more, accommodating groups of up to 500 with a wide variety of event set-up options and food and beverage selections.

We welcome social and civic functions including banquets, retirement dinners, reunions, fundraisers, proms, formals, and more! Bryan Park is perfectly suited for family celebrations, ranging from bar and bat mitzvah, communions, and confirmation parties to anniversary parties and baby showers.

 

Bryan Park takes pride in offering clients the best in customer service. A full-service facility with on-site staff, Bryan Park offers complete food and bar services for your convenience. Simply make your menu selections and leave the rest to our experienced Event Planner, Executive Chef, Culinary Team, wait staff and bartenders.

 

The menus presented are our most popular, receiving rave reviews from clients and their guests. Please keep in mind that they represent just some of our culinary expertise. We will gladly create custom menus to accommodate special event themes and dietary needs.

All facility rentals include the foundation set-up of tables and chairs, use of a sound system (wireless microphone only), podium (when applicable). Rehearsals are booked free of charge for one and a half hours. Additional labor charges may be required for activities or needs above and beyond our normal set-up polices.

Complimentary use of China, Glassware and Flatware when using our food and beverage services. Complimentary napkins when linens are ordered. Linens are included in Wedding Packages. Basic Linens for corporate groups: $4/table (85×85) and $18 for full-length (120” linens).

 

100% of facility rental is due upon execution of the contract. 100% of the total estimated cost of the event will be due 15 days prior to the event.

 

Food and Beverage items are subject to applicable NC State Tax and an 18% service charge.

 

Food and Beverage Services. The Bryan Park Conference and Enrichment Center is a full-service facility that has an on-site Executive Chef and staff who can design and cater to any occasion by offering a variety of menu selections. We will also work with the guests to customize the menu.

 

We will work with guests who want to bring their own caterer. Caterer MUST be licensed and insured, and documentation must be presented and kept on file with Bryan Park. Caterers are to adhere to standard policies throughout the industry which specify in regards of no access to the kitchen equipment, plates, glassware, and flatware. Additional room revenue will be charged for those who opt to bring their own caterer.

 

Alcohol, Beer and Wine Only. Bryan Park staff can utilize our ABC license. This includes providing all alcohol per ABC laws. Bryan Park will maintain the bar service inclusive of a full-service cash or host bar.

 

Patrons are not permitted to enter or leave the facility with alcoholic beverages. The importation of alcoholic beverages onto Bryan Park property is prohibited. Brown-bagging or self-service bars not permitted.
