Planning a Corporate or Special Event? The Bryan Park Conference and Enrichment Center provides over 22,000 square feet of meeting/event space. Nestled in a picturesque setting adjacent to Bryan Park’s 36-hole golf facility, the Conference and Enrichment Center offers an atmosphere that is perfect to host any event from training seminars and banquets to the most cherished of events, weddings, and receptions. Our facilities can accommodate groups up to 500 people and we can coordinate all the details that will make your event a truly memorable occasion. Located within more than 1,500 acres of preserved woodland and recreational amenities, we invite you and your guests to come and enjoy the beauty and elegance of our Conference and Enrichment Center.

The three public spaces are combined only for the weekend.

Bryan Ballroom is comprised of Ballroom A, Ballroom B and Ballroom C.

All facility rentals include the foundation set-up of tables and chairs, use of a sound system (wireless microphone only), podium (when applicable). Rehearsals are booked free of charge for one and a half hours. Additional labor charges may be required for activities or needs above and beyond our normal set-up polices.

Complimentary use of China, Glassware and Flatware when using our food and beverage services. Complimentary napkins when linens are ordered. Linens are included in Wedding Packages. Basic Linens for corporate groups: $4/table (85×85) and $18 for full-length (120” linens).
100% of facility rental is due upon execution of the contract. 100% of the total estimated cost of the event will be due 15 days prior to the event.
Food and Beverage items are subject to applicable NC State Tax and an 18% service charge.
Food and Beverage Services. The Bryan Park Conference and Enrichment Center is a full-service facility that has an on-site Executive Chef and staff who can design and cater to any occasion by offering a variety of menu selections. We will also work with the guests to customize the menu.
We will work with guests who want to bring their own caterer. Caterer MUST be licensed and insured, and documentation must be presented and kept on file with Bryan Park. Caterers are to adhere to standard policies throughout the industry which specify in regards of no access to the kitchen equipment, plates, glassware, and flatware. Additional room revenue will be charged for those who opt to bring their own caterer.
Alcohol, Beer and Wine Only. Bryan Park staff can utilize our ABC license. This includes providing all alcohol per ABC laws. Bryan Park will maintain the bar service inclusive of a full-service cash or host bar.
Patrons are not permitted to enter or leave the facility with alcoholic beverages. The importation of alcoholic beverages onto Bryan Park property is prohibited. Brown-bagging or self-service bars not permitted.
